Cowl Tag shows code 19U 19L which is correct Starlight Black , car had added *Special Edition Package for looks (we are finishing some details to make it look as correct as possible) , the car is in extreme beautiful shape. We did not restore this car , but we are fixing and correcting many things that are wrong , we can surely recognize if a car is good or not, and this one was too good to let it pass. This car has a very nice exterior I would rate 8.5 being 10 perfect, there are no cracks on the spoilers, no chips, no scratches, no dents, it needs a good buff, paint is really nice and shines as you can se in photos but is not perfect, however I would not be afraid to take it to any show as is. Rims are original and correct for the year and in mint shape Is a black car and black cars are very hard to keep in perfect shape, I am sure previous owner had a hard time keeping this beauty away from road debris, rocks and other cars of course. This car is very desirable since is it came from factory with W72 performance package for the engine and WS6 Suspension (see build sheet below). Also car comes with complete original manuals and original build sheet!

The interior is pretty close to new condition, no rips, no faded plastics, they were re dyed by previous owner and look very good, seats are basically like new, new carpet, new sills, new headliner, new door panels, etc... dash has no cracks, clock works!!! it has a really nice upgraded CD player with equalizer and power amp in the trunk, sounds neat!,

The car comes with its original Pontiac 400 Ci engine and M21 4 speed transmission , in my opinion engine needs some detailing to be in show condition, but is not that bad, see photos and make your own judgment.

I did not see any rust anywhere in this car, see shoots from beneath, with little patient can be cleaned for show

This is an almost 30 year old car, is in great shape but still and old muscle car, muscle cars always leak some drops of oil, muscle cars are carburated so in the morning you have to step on the gas to make it start (this car maybe the exception, starts right away), this cars were not perfect from factory, so If you don't undertand this please do not even try to buy one, is 1979 model not a 2007.
