50th Anniversary
Special Edition. This was a
commemorative TA that Pontiac built to
celebrate the 50 years on Pontiac in business, therefore
very low production car, so low that this car is 1 of
only 110 made. Also first time Pontiac built a
Y82 Special Edition. Pontiac Historical Services confirmed the
rarity of this TA. see Documentation shown below . These cars are very
rare, very hard to find and highly collectable and this
one is in a league of it's own.
This is an original
49,000 TA , miles are documented. car has
the super rare black chrome splitters from factory.
However, this is truly one of the most unique Trans Ams
being the last year of the 455 ci engine and first time
that Pontiac offered to the public t tops +
Special Edition appearance , again only 110 cars were
made like this one, possibly less than half lest in
existence. This 1976 50th Anniversary Special
Edition is the one to own. Highly collectable and built
to go fast.
